We are sorry to announce that Pie & Mash is no longer available at The Diner. The Diner is now under new management and it's with a sad heart that we go in search of another venue. Please return to the site at a future date when hopefully a new can be found.

Ucowson presents traditional London Pie 'n' Mash with Liquor! For some of us, like many that might be visiting this web site, we are fanatical to the point of being obsessed with traditional Pie 'n’ Mash served with the tasty parsley gravy known as 'liquor’. For some of us it’s something that we have grown up with and still love so much. Memory food!

Travelling to London from Brighton to get a fix every now and then can be annoying, although it’s nice when you can get up there. But what do you do if you can’t get the time to travel up to the smoke? We thought it would be great if you could get it locally for those times in between the London trips!

So after our long relationship with a local Brighton & Hove business, we are now looking for a new venue to serve the classic much loved Pie & Mash!
